Hey! Today I came here to tell the wonderful weekend I had.

I ran away a little of my training routine and spent the weekend in Johannesburg, where he lives almost all my family.
And there is nothing better. There is no money that pay to have a wonderful family as I have.
I’m back to training, last week was a very bad week of trainings into the water, but anyway I tried to compensate in the training out of the water, fitness, yoga and pilates.
