COURSE OF APNEA WITH KAROL MEYER

Through the domination of apnea several aquatic athletes achieve a high level of confidence and security in their activities. Even for beginners, who dream to know the underwater world, the apnea is essential.
The course administered by Karol Meyer, besides providing international certification, is developed with activities specially created by the instructor, who also has training in yoga.

The event will include:

Brochure
Theory classes
Practical classes out of the water
Practical classes in pool and practical class of depth
Jersey
International certification (ID card AIDA Freediver)
Exit to the Sea (depth and technical training)
Schedule:

29 March – friday from 18:30 to 22:00 – Theory I (Hotel Valerim Plaza – lounge Badejo)
30 March – Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 – (yoga/ventilation) and practice in pool I (Lira Tênis Clube)
15:00 – 19:00 Theory II (Hotel Valerim Plaza – lounge Badejo)
31 March – sunday 8 :00 – 14:00 – Practice in the sea, depth (exit with Operadora Cultura Subacuática Escuela de Buceo y Central de Aventuras. Carretera Jornalista Manoel de Menezes (SC-406), 2510, Barra da Lagoa – Florianópolis- 48 3334 0808)
